Question:
I am trying to get approval for abdominoplasty from my insurance company..I need help

I need help composing a letter to my insurance company to get them to help pay for my abdominoplasty. They want my history and all treatments I have had to get rid of skin rashes and infections. I had abdominoplasty in March and my gynocologist, general doctor and plastic surgeon all composed letters for me so that I can have my skin removed. And my insurance approved it. You should go to your doctors and ask them to compose letters for you. This will be more credible to the insurance companies. I had over 25 pounds of skin removed from my stomach.

I would love to have a sample of the letter also! I have letter from my PCP as well as notes from each Dr. visit documenting my back pain and rashes, a letter from the physical therapist that I went to for months and a letter from the chiropractor that I am going to now.
