Sweet Spot

What is the sweet spot people talk about with fills with lap-band?    — new0130 (posted on March 26, 2007)

That would be when the lapband is filled to the optimum amount, and you can only eat about 3/4 of a cup of food and feel full for at least 4 hours. At least that what my Dr says. Dan

The "sweet spot" in reference to anything is the best or most optimum setting, etc. see above answer.
