Question:
I'm having a dull pain in my upper stomach. Any ideas what it could be?

Holly...it's hard to tell. It could be hunger pains...or it could be an ulcer...or it could be a number of other things. I can't tell by your posting how long this last, if it occurs after you eat, etc. My advice would be to contact your physician. Good luck with everything...and hopefully it won't be much!
