Does anyone know about IL BCBS-Hmo Illinois and Dr Roeshieb?

I have BCBS-HMO Illinois and I work forThe State of Illinois I went for my consult in CLinton, Illinois with Dr. Roeshieb. Does anyone have any input about this insurance working with this specific surgeon? Also What if I have not been supervised by a physician for weight loss? Can I still get approved?
