Question:
I am 5'6

Is there anyone out there with similar stats? I am 26years old and have a bad family history of heart disease and obesity. I would like to hear from someone who is pre-op or post op and give me some insite:)    — harleigh2002 (posted on February 16, 2003)

I am 5'6" and 27 years old. I was 314 pounds the day of my surgery and celebrated my one year anniversary on Friday and as of today weigh in the low 150s. I am also three weeks post op from a lower body lift, abdominoplasty, and lipo on my thighs. The surgery is the best thing I have ever done. Finally, after a lifelong struggle, I have removed the albatross from my neck. I have kept quite a comprehensive profile from 6 months PRE-op to present, that should give you a lot of insight. Good Luck and best wishes for your journey.
