How is Cigna for PS?

Any Texans w/CIGNA PPO/HMO Please answer, Does CIGNA PPO or HMO pay for plastic surgery? If they do,do they give you a hassle? or are they easy? Thanks!    — Cindee A. (posted on August 2, 2003)

I live in NC and my CIGNA PPO paid for my tummy tuck and armlift...no questions asked. However, the case manager did say that even though CIGNA is a national insurance provider, policies differ from state to state, and employer to employer. Best wishes!

Cigna HMO paid for my TT but only after I won the appeal. The appeal process was easy and so worth it. I am from Florida and all states are different so hopefully it will work for you.
