Question:
has anyone fought Ins. Co for first approval, then needed a revision

Were you approved right away for revision or did you have to fight for it? I have a "self-funded" Company and had to get the HR dept. at work to override the insurance policy to get approved. If anyone out there has this situation any info is appreciated.    — Patricia R. (posted on July 13, 2002)
