Question:
Go- Lytely, what a name!

what a name! When you drink it, how long before you stop using the bathroom? Are you usually "done" by the next day? I was told to drink it between 9-1 am. I am to be on clear full liquids all that day.    — Marie A. (posted on September 8, 2001)

Yeah, my dad called it "Go-Heavily-And-Forever". When I read the directions on the back to him before he took it (cause the print was too small for him), I read out loud: "The result of this product may produce some redness and soreness of the anal area. If so, liberally apply Vaseline to the anus." That is as far as I got. My dad's eyes got just HUGE and he interrupted me. "No way, Lisa! What are they THINKING ?!!! There is no way in HELL that I'm going to put gasoline on my anus !!!" I cracked up laughing, and so did he, once I explained what he'd mis-heard. Once you're scared ****-less, it will stop. By the way, it says on there that it tastes more tolerable if you chill it overnight first, and that is true. Good luck to you !!!

GOOD LUCK FOR ME IT WAS THE WORST PART OF THE SURGERY!! ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS STAY NEAR THE BATHROOM AND HAVE THE SINK NEAR YOU ALSO OR A BUCKED CASUE IT MIGHT COME OUT BOTH ENDS. I HAD TO DRINK IT WITH 1 GALLON OF WATER AND ON THE LAST SIP I PUKED MY GUTS OUT!! IT SOUNDS BAD BUT IT REALLY AIN'T BEST WISH ON YOUR WLS!!
