Question:
insurance appeals

i have been turned down by my insurance company (partners) with my first appeal. i'm wondering if anyone can give me a good format for my 2nd appeal.they received and rejected the first one in the same day. i can use all the help i can get ...thanks    — nicole P. (posted on March 11, 2002)
