Question:
Why is there a red dot in front of some names on the Surgery Dates? What's it mean?

It means that this particular person has an angel. Whoever is responsible for putting that page together should put a note to that effect on the page as someone usually asks this question every other week. <p> Either do that or find a little icon in the shape of an angel (or at least angel wings *G*).
