Question:
someone with these stats the same? 5'4

I was wondering if anyone with these stats or somewhere really close has a profile of month by month weight loss and such listed. I am also 5' 4" and here's my monthly stats: Pounds Lost History by month: First month post op -35 lbs. (17 lb. fluid gain while in hospital) 2nd month -9 lbs 3rd month -18 4th month -6 5th month -12 6th month -8 7th month -11 8th month -6 9th month -9 10th month -6 11th month -4 12th month -5 I'll be 13 months on 8/5 and I'm really plateauing right now. I haven't lost ANYTHING since July 12th. So my 13th month will probably be -1 or 2 pounds. I'm down 132 pounds right now, 42 pounds from my personal goal.

i listed on my profile my weight loss per month as well as my starting weight and clothing size. i started at 5'3" 238 size 2x and now 15 months later i weigh in at 116 and wear size 0 and 2's. keep a chart on your losses each month to help others .
