Question:
hollywood 24 hour diet

has any one tryed that hollywood 24 hour diet your supost to lose 10 pounds in 2 days did it work?    — chrissy T. (posted on April 22, 2002)

Hi, this diet does work, but I don't know how much of it was really water weight. I felt REALLY bad after a day and a half, so never continued to do it monthly or anything. I actually wouldn't even recommend it, you feel real blah, and of course the weight comes back when you start to eat again. Best Wishes.

My secretary did that. LOOK AT THE SUGAR G ON THAT STUFF! Worked as expected. She gained 4 lbs before she read the label.

I tried this 2 day liquid diet and felt horrible. I was so shaky and sick the 2nd day that I had to stop. The liquid also tasted nasty to me. The bottle (still 1/2 full) ended up in the trash. I would only recommend this if you have no sugar problems, and you need to drop 10 pounds before surgery.
