Kaiser denied me please help with appeal

I have Kaiser Nothtrern Ca they said I am not overweight enough I have extreme Varacose veins 6 surgeries bad back from car accident migrains, chest pains, I am 5ft 6 and 250 I am in constant pain and cannot do much please I just want my life back any help is appreciated my email is [email protected] thanks Juliet    — Juliet W. Juliet--- hope this helps: go to each of the doctor's that have treated you for your problems----vascular, orthopedic,etc and if you have seen a psychiatrist or social worker, and get referrals from each of them! My doctor was reluctant because he thought my insurance would turn me down! My insurance approved it right away! I think it was because I had these 3 referral letters! As long as your pcp writes it up as a "medical necessity" and your insurance company covers the procedures, they should approve it! good luck and stay positive! Adele
