Question:
Has anyone had Dr. Richard Boorse in Allentown Pa?

i am having surgery Oct11 with Richard Boorse in Lehigh Valley Hospital Pa and was wonder if anyway has had surgery done by him? If so how did it go? Was it open or lap. He prefers lap but does open if the patient is too larger. My BMI is around 78 and he said he would try lap but if it didn't go he wouldn't abondon me but i would wake up with a larger incision.    — Lori M. (posted on August 30, 2002)

Does Dr. Boorse have a support group? Most surgeons do. If so, attend one of these sessions and you'll find lots of post-ops. If he doesn't ask his office if you can talk to some of his former patients.
