Question:
Has anyone been approved by NJ Horizon/ Mercy Medicaid?

I was approved by NJ Horizon/Federal Program. My Doctor submitted a letter and never got a response, so I called and got an approval code that day, over the phone. I will say that if you go out of network, Horizon only covers 70% of the ALLOWED amount. They only allow about $4000.00 for this procedure so they only covered 70% of that. That was just for my doctor in particular, everything else was covered, I just had to pay my co-pay.
