Question:
could a hernia that protrude out like the size of a grrapefruit have weight up to 5

I have a constant grapefruit size protrusion on the left side of my stomach which is an apron. I am in need of hernia repair but I am trying to have a TT along with it. I am told the TT is cosmetic and the hernia repair is a legitimate insurance covered action but I need the TT as well because of the hanging skin. I found out a couple of months ago that I have a hernia above my belly button (insisional). I too will need the apron tucked, I was told that the insurance would pay to do the hernia and the tuck as long as I had both done together. I am trying to lose more weight before surgery. Good luck to you!
