Hi Linda years ago I went to Costa Rica and had a few procedures there. I had Liposculpture of my abdomen, inner thighs and chin. I am currently considering going back for more because of my weight loss. All procedure were done before I got banded in an effort to look better.. I used Dr. Alfaro Davila in San Jose. He is one of Costa Rica's best.. I was extremely happy with his work and know several people who were also very content w/ his work. Please feel free to contact me if you need anymore info.. Don't know anyone specific but will tell you that I understand that Costa Rica has some of the BEST medical centers in the region. At one point I was considering living there for 3-4 months and checked out the medical community and was very impressed. Why not contact the larger university medical schoold and ask for their chief of surgery's recommendation? Diane N www.WeightlossSurgery.ws
