John Deere Lawsuit

I have John Deere Health Insurance and have been denied 3 times for my Panni/leg lift. I heard through the grapevine that there is a class-action lawsuit against them for their constant denial of valid claims. Anyone have any info on this? Thanks!    — Robby E. (posted on August 29, 2003)
