Need help with appeal

I would like anyone who has been denyed for lapband if they apealed it please if u have a copy of your appeal letter e mail it to me    — wildbrat (posted on August 7, 2002)

Hi. I went thru the same thing! I was approved for open, but denied LAP. I appealed - and won! I'm not too computer literate, but I will try to e-mail it to you....It's in Word on my PC.....good luck....

Beth...so sorry...I did send you the letter...but it's not what you needed at all. I got all excited that could finally help somebody here...that I didn't read your question closely. Then again maybe the letter would help in general. Ask your ins company to tell you why..and to send you the documentation..like I did..then argue that if possible...deb
