How do I go about changing my surgeons name in my profile etc..

Click on 'your profile' at the top of this page. After you've entered your name and password, click where it says 'click here to update your information'. The next page is pretty self-explanatory. There are a number of things you can do from that page and I'm reasonably sure that it will say there what to do to update your surgeon's name, etc.
