Question:
Does Fed BC/BS cover lipo or other reconstructive surgery?

I've heard of fed bc/bs covering some cosmetic procedures, but I doubt they would cover lipo. They covered my breast lift (somehow I believe it got by them), but denied my abdominoplasty even though I had a hernia. I appealed it to OPM and they upheld the denial. I was prepared to pay anyway in case I was denied.
