Question:
WHATS THE WAIT TIME ?

I just found out I was approved with cigna ppo does anyone know the wait time for BTC in TX . What step should I take at this point?    — latanya A. (posted on March 4, 2003)

I had my surgery at BTC in Wylie three weeks ago tomorrow. There are several steps in the process. First things first: do you have all of your pre-op test results in? If not, then that should be a priority. Assuming that your tests are completed and BTC has the results in their hot little hands the next steps are: the national office in Michigan will need your insurance company to send them the approval in writing, your surgeon will need to approve and sign off on all your test results and finally the national office will call you to set a date. From what I was told after the approval and all the test are compleated , BTC in Texas is schedualing 3 weeks to 6 weeks out, I have my approval as of Jan 25 I am still waiting for my letter in the mail, and all my pro op test are done ........but waiting is driving me insane ....so maybe the better make me take a physc test lol j/k
