Question:
Has anyone within the last month gone to UCLA for a consultation?

I've read as many posts I can regarding UCLA and the surgeons there. I believe they have changed or sped up their scheduling process. Does anyone have any comment(s) as to their scheduling or comments regarding their consultation procedures? I am scheduled for one this month.    — [Anonymous] (posted on February 7, 2002)

Hi I saw you question about UCLA,well I know they have had a little problem with scheduling(sp) but they have moved to Santa Monica and things are going better. And all I can say is they are the Best. I had my surgery on 5/3/01 and have lost 105 pounds. My surgeon was Dr. Livingston and he is the greatest!I have been very lucky(knock on wood) and haven't had any complications thus far.And once you are approved for surgery from them you are hooked up to the suppor group and they are the greatest bunch of people.
