Seeking those who have had a TT and breast reduction covered by Southwest Life and Health?

I called to make an appointment with a plastic surgeon, and they said that my insurance company was a difficult one to work with. Has anyone had any experience with this insurance company and getting TT or BR approval? If so, please give some helpful pointers!    — raye (posted on May 21, 2003)
