Question:
Dr. Richard Tillquist mortality and complication rate?

I am trying to find someone who know what Dr Tillquist's mortality and complication rate is. I think i asked at my consult but that was in march and my memory is horrible LOL. Can anyone help me out?    — Dinell H. (posted on December 9, 2003)

Hello Dinnell, Last I heard (which was very recently) was that he has had 4 deaths in over 600 surgeries and 3 were blood clots and 1 was an unexplained death when the patient just quit breathing and they couldn't revive the patient. I hope that helps. I know any death from surgery is a scary thought, but you will be in good hands!!!! Shawna
