Can anyone help with a appeal letter?

I am a 29 YOF who was recently denied for the surgery. My bmi is 61.2.......I need assistance with preparing an appeal letter......any help would be appreciated...Thanks in advance!    — traynise (posted on June 17, 2005)

If you look at the top of this site, you will see a tab named "your journey"...that will have a sample of an appeal letter. Good luck on your journey.
