How can I turn it off???

I have been trying for weeks to turn off the Question forwarding feature at my site, but it keeps stating there was a problem, data not updated. I receive at least three copies of each question so my inbox is flooded daily. I want to turn it off. How can I do it????    — Carol A. (posted on July 5, 2000)
