What do I have engraved on medical alert jewelry?

I have not yet had my surgery but the people in my support group who have a
medical alert bracelet have it read: Gastric bypass surgery..No NG tube
without scope.
This alerts people to the fact that before they insert any kind of tube
into the stomach they need to use a scope because the stomach is now a
small pouch and could be punctured if the tube is placed without a scope to
guide it.
