Question:
Would this be an exclusion to wls?

I'm not familiar with the Lupus thing, but I have seen many people who have Lupus and are either waiting for insurance approval, or have had WLS... SO, I don't think the Lupus part will be a problem. The Anemia thing may be a lil different...depending on your CBC when it gets time for you to have surgery. I am anemic now, and receiving IV iron treatments. (I should have surgery done sometime later this month.) The anemia is a concern for my doc, but as long as my levels can stay where they are now, which is below average, he sees no problem.
