Question:
Looking for a multivitaman without iron and calcium

I am looking for a mutlivitaman without iron and calcium. From what I understand they cancel each other out. I hope someone knows where i can get some because everyone i look at has at least 1 or the other most have both. Thanks for your help. Bethany    — Bethany F. (posted on May 19, 2003)

Walgreens generic multivitamin and mineral tablets do not have iron. I think you want to take at least one. Then take the other supplement at another time of day.

Why not take one of the ones that has only one. Lots of multi's come without Iron. Then wait a couple hours and take your iron later. Good luck and God bless.

GNC has only a multi without iron, Solotron. It's a good one, not a bad price, comparable to Centrum but with more B vitamins.
