Does anyone have a list of anesthesia questions?

How long will I be under? Will you give me something to quell nausea (the last thing anyone wants is to throw up after stomach surgery!)? What are the risks of anesthesia? Here is my list of allergies (patient should include all pets, foods, meds, air borne allergens) - will I be given any forms of these? These are all I can think of.

I just recently read that some hospitals use nurse anesthetists. I am not sure how that works, but I would want to be sure that a board certified ansthesiologist is on my case. I intend to discuss this with my PS before I go in next month.
