Good question. I was wondering the same thing. Maybe we should go to the Georgia page and email those folks directly. They may not check this page too often. Try doing that and see if anyone's in your area. Good luck!

My Dr. is Dr. Appel, and he gives the name of the doc he wants you to use, in his case it is Dr. Ritz.

Most any reputable psychologist/psychiatrist can do this evaluation. It is usually self pay @ approximately $300.00. It is a test of many, many questions...mostly the same questions just asked in a different way. I also have Dr. Appel as my surgeon and he has recommended that I use Dr. Ritz. His phone number is 770-270-5488. You might also try your insurance company and ask them if they could recommend someone. Hope this helps.
