Does anybody have hills physcian medical group through cigna hmo plan

Let me rephrase my Question I have Cigna. Right now on my cigna card it say's hills physcian medical group this is the group that handles claims, referals , surgery approvals I want to know if anybody out there has this same exact plan as me and has successfully have been appoved for surgery.
