Does anyone know if you sign up with Health Net, do you have a waiting period before

I have Health Net. I was approved in one day with a BMI of only 40. I
have heard that they are one of the best insurance companies to have when
it comes to weight loss surgery. I know a lot of people that have it and
no one has been denied or had to appeal.
