Have you used the Profile Toner?

I would like to hear from anyone who has tried the Profile Toner (as seen on TV.) Did it work or did it fail? I have such a fat neck/double chin, I'm sure I couldn't hold that ball under my neck like the TV model does. Input from anyone who has tried it would be so helpful! Thanks!    — Kim A.
