Question:
Looking for a quality plus-size swimsuit
I'm taking aqua aerobics at least 3 times a week and the suit I have from Lane Bryant catalog isn't holding up too well and is starting to get big. I would love to find a quality swimsuit, like for athlete swimmers, would be even better to have straps that go together in the back to keep them on my shoulders. I would need at least a size 26. Yup, Lands End have great quality suits and go up to a size 26. You can

I know a woman who takes aquafit and when her Lands End suit wore out from
the chlorine, she returned it to Lands End and they replaced it with a new
one! Can't beat that!

therapist assistant and does aquatherapy, so she needs swimsuits that last

I have a Land's End swimsuit, and I think it is very high quality &
have been very pleased with it. I like the variety of "leg hole"
styles that Land's End offers. Happy Shopping!

Definitely Junonia if you go above the Land's End size range. They also
have great workout wear. They sell this stuff all year, and they sell
Chlorban (sp?) suits that are supposed to hold up when worn in swimming
pools.

I have ordered both Lands End and Junonia swimsuits. I am much more
impressed with the quality and fit of the Lands End swimsuit. I have since
purchased 3 more plus size suits from them. They have a wonderful line of
plus size clothes for that matter...not just swimwear.

Sporting good stores should carry them all year round. Also Ebay may have
something you would like. DON'T wash your suit the washer breaks the
elastic in it. You should rinse it out or hand wash it. I use the chlorine
shampoo while I'm in the shower at the Y. They will last a lot longer.

I like Junonia swimsuits, they are great for water aerobics. they are not
cut too low and boobs don't pop out when your exercising. They wear well
too, I think the quality is great
