My Doctor recommends the Orbitrek for after surgery exercise.

I have one. It's not hard on your knees, which is nice, and it has a smooth movement. However, mine lost a nut off its bolt, so it's currently not being used until I make time to go to the hardware store to get a new nut. So the only thing I would say is watch your nuts!
