Question:
Post-op WLS and ENBREL for psoriasis/arthritis

Are there any post-op WLS people taking Enbrel for psoriasis and/or arthritis? If so, has taking this drug had an effect on your weight loss. I have been strictly adhering to proper nutrition and eating habits and exercise, have not lost anything in over 3 months (I am 7 months post-op). There is another lady in the same support group as mine that was taking Enbrel, stopped losing for several months. She stopped taking the Enbrel 3 weeks ago, and had a 12 lb loss. I would appreciate any information you receive...I JUST received my approval to get Enbrel after an 11 month wait, I am 3 weeks post-op and don't know what to do!! Thanks!
