Question:
WILL MEDICARE AND MEDICADE PAY ALL MY SURGERY

I AM VERY CONCERNED IS MEDICARE AND MEDICADE GOING TO PAY FOR ALL MY MEDICAL BILLS FOR THIS SURGERY..... I NEED TO KNOW I AM ALL ALONE ON THIS...SINGLE.... HELP, SOMEONE TELL ME ,PLEASE.... DOVIE    — lovedove (posted on February 11, 2003)

The hardest part is finding a doctor that accepts Medicare and Medicaid. I know Georgia Medicaid does pay for this surgery if medically necessary. Medicare doesn't give prior approval. The doctor will have to get approval from Medicaid and send it to Medicare first. Whatever Medicare doesn't pay that is considered "usual & customary", Medicaid probably will. I'm in Florida, and my Florida Medicaid paid for my entire surgery, 100%!! Good luck!

hi im linda i have medicare medicaid ,on disabilty for 9 yrs , i have an apt thur with dr lambert in batesville arkansas , he just strated accepting it , im hoping for aproval , good luck to u linda
