Hi, I live in Staten Island, NY. I drink a pre-made protien drink everyday. It is called Worldwide Pure Protein. It is made by Worldwide Sports Nutritional Suppliments. They come in a variety of flavors. the choclate tastes like yoohoo and the vanilla like a eggcream. The other flavors are not bad but chocalate and vanilla are best. I get them at GNC or Family Health stores. Hope this helps...

I use Frontiersofhealth.com. They have a variety of products. I live in the Chicago area, and they are MANY dollars cheaper than anywhere I can get the stuff around here. I have ordered Atkins from them and they are $7.00 a can cheaper. There is a $7.95 shipping charge up to 30 pounds so I order quite a bit at a time. It take about 3 days to be delivered by Fed Ex. Check them out and good luck
