Question:
The Unexpected...

Does anybody know why Eric won't update "The Unexpected?" I have spoken with the angel for Sherie Sloan and she has sent him updates, several times, but he won't post them. I sent the same updates to him, personally, but he still hasn't posted them. I am awaiting approval for surgery, and knowing what happened to Sherie, (she is unresponsive and in a nursing home) won't change my mind about having surgery, but I feel that everyone needs to see what can and sometimes does happen. Everyone, please send Eric notes requesting that more information be updated, ALL information.    — Anne C. (posted on December 2, 1999)

Linda, What happened to Sheri? Is she in a nursing home due to complications of surgery? when and where? We need the good and the bad to weigh our decisions, i agree with you. Diana

I have emailed several people and got no answer about Sherrie Sloan. I would also like an official update on her. I don't many people have forgot about it. Maybe it's makes too many people uncomfortable discussing it because it's so scary.

Since there have been so many responses to my earlier post, I am forwarding the note I got when I questioned her angel. ""From: [email protected] | Block address Date: Tue, 16 Nov 1999 20:28:16 EST Subject: Re: Sherie Sloan To: [email protected] Add Addresses Dear Anne, I have sent numerous updates on Sherie's condition to the website owner, and they have never been posted...so, I've finally given up on sending them. Feel free to take this info and see if you can get it posted. Thanks, Gina Sherie was recently moved from the hospital to a Nursing Home. She suffers from severe brain damage and is unable to speak or to care for herself in any way. She uses a ventilator to assist in her breathing. She does now open her eyes which is a positive change from previously. When I last spoke with her surgeon, he explained that he feels that Sherie's severe sleep apnea played a role in this tragic situation. The sleep apnea combined with the medications that were used for post op pain ( Morphine)...for whatever reason, Sherie had a negative reaction and stopped breathing. We continue to pray for her healing. Gina in Oklahoma vbg 4/8/99""
