Hi Alice, well I actually did find him on the surgeon's page. It's really weird, but for some reason, many surgeons won't be listed on the specific state page. But, if you go to the map and scroll down and type in the letter of their last name, they will then come up on that list. There are several more patients of his that maybe you could contact directly through their e-mail address. (Just click on their name and go to their profiles) Hope this helps.
