Has anyone gotten approval using Aetna MC

Yes I got approved and quickly. They asked for a diet history and a letter from the surgeon. I did call member services and double checked what they needed and got a specific names and number for my docs office to fax it to I think that may have expedited the process a bit. Good Luck

I have AEtna US Healthcare MC and had absolutely no trouble being approved with a BMI of 42 and few co-morbities. My PCP wrote a quick note on a script pad saying he recommended me for WLS due to orthopedic problems and I had history of one medically supervised diet 12 years earlier. I also know of six co-workers of mine who were approved under the same plan with no difficulties. Good luck to you.
