Has anyone went through Liv Lite to have the surgery

I had my surgery 2 weeks ago. I can't say enough good things about the Liv
Lite program!! They have been wonderful throughout my entire process. I
didn't look to see where you live, but here in Junction City, Kansas they
have some of the nicest people running the program. Patty and Pam who work
in the office help with your insurance approval and also see patients to
help explain the surgery process. There are the nutritionists, the
psychiatrist, the surgeons and their nurses. Everyone is just really
really nice and very supportive. They try to accomodate everyone's needs.
Oh, and we have a support group every month that is really informative and
fun. I was self-pay and probaby could have got my surgery done a lot
cheaper somewhere else... but I wouldn't trade my surgeon for the world.
He's wonderful!! I just can't say anything bad about Liv Lite.

I am going through LivLite, in Oxford, MS. So far, they have done all the
work, I just sit back and wait. They have been WONDERFUL!!!!!! Becky, the
RN there, is ALWAYS a phone call away. I am so glad I was referred to
them!

I went thru Liv Lite [the office is in CA] for my surgeon in MI. They
were dynamite at getting the insurnace issues solved quickly, after that I
have no contact with them; everything else is directly thru my surgeon.

Liv-Lite is an AWESOME program with some great, understanding folks. I
went through the program in Junction City, Kansas. Patty Maycroft assisted
me through the early stages of applying. She had me fill out an extensive
questionairre. The only foot work I had to do was to get my medical
records and copy the past 3 years of records. She sent everything to my
insurance company and I had approval in one week. The Liv-Lite program is
very instrumental in running the support group meetings I attend and the
staff are always available to answer questions. I had some of my hospital
bills denied, but Patty was able to make a couple of phone calls and
everything was taken care of. Even now, the staff encourage post-ops to
stop by and say hi when we have our follow-ups with the surgeon. You are a
very blessed person if you have Liv-Lite assisting you. Let the program
staff be your cheerleader, supporter and friend - that is what they are
there for!

Hi there! I am currently going through Liv-Lite (Kane, PA). I am 9 days
post-op as a matter of fact! They are truly wonderful and so professional.
They handled all insurance paperwork and set everything up for me as I am
an out-of-towner. They even sent me a list of local motels, eateries and
local activities. The hospital and staff were absolutely terrific! But
again, Nancy, Susan and Dr. Labrie were/are my miracle workers!!
