You were not very specific. If your paid is constant, You may have a blockage of some kind. Only being 14 weeks out. You should not be having anypain at this point. Please call your Doc. It could be serious. I don't want to scare you, but waiting could cause you bigger problems. Marilyn, the Bearlady

Where is the pain? If it's in your leg, GO TO THE DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY BREATHING! At 10 weeks out, I had a pulmonary embolus which is a blood clot that went from my leg to my lungs. I thought it was a pulled muscle because I had been riding my bicycle. WRONG! This could be serious, don't wait.

Are making sure to stretch slow and easy before exercising. Most people stretch before exercising but many don't realize how important it is to do it slowly and to stretch and hold the postion for at least 15 - 30 seconds. Hope all works out for you, good luck.

i agree that you ought to check with your doctor. one thing, i wonder... you aren't by any chance on a cholesterol lowering drug? muscle pain can be a side effect to the medication. best wishes.
