Question:
Has anyone tried

I am almost two years out and the weight loss has stopped. I have lost 140 and gained probably 10 lbs. I am getting back on track! My co workers and I have started protein and lo-carb. It is going great. We tried "Walk the pounds off" today and it was wonderful. We did it at lunch time. 30 minutes and walked 2 miles! WoW! I am really pumped! Having my co-workers on this with me has been great! I want to lose about 30 more pds and with their support I can see it! Love to All and Good Luck!    — peggyp (posted on January 27, 2005)

Yes I have 2 sets of WALK AWAY THE POUNDS and it's a wonderful exercise regime for me. I am 2 1/2 years post-op and it's a great maintenance plan, especially for someone like me with some osteoarthritis. I don't have much arthritis pain if I'm faithful to do it.

Absolutely my favorite routine. There are also Walk Away The Pounds for Abs and let me tell you they work. You can really feel the burn in the stomach area after you are finished. Leslie Sansone is great. I have 6 of her walking videos.
