Question:
Have any of you noticed that you scar more easily since surgery?

I'm 1yr. 5months post op and down 120+ but if I get a blister from a sandal that I've wore when the blister heals it leaves a purple looking scar. And then just anything that cause a sore or something I seem to scar easily. I didn't have this problem before surgery. Do you get your labs done regularly? I think there's certain vitamins that help w/ healing. Maybe it's a deficiency?

Have you mentioned that to your doctor? I believe that is a sign of low iron...you might want to have your labs checked. Good Luck, Danette
