Hello, I am desperate..I ate the same way I do now and I lost 20 lbs in a month....I still ate the same this month and gained 10 in a month..WHAt to dooo? Is i****er? are water pills dangerous? Im desperate and scared...I dont know what to do...huugs
Seems to be a general theme, I too have gained and feel so bloated! What is the solution? I have been told to go back to the original diet, but, that is easier said than done.
