I look forward to getting through the surgery and starting my weight loss journey. The last 4 months started my weight loss journey, but this is where it really happens. Less eating, smaller stomach and putting my mind to it 110% of the time. Anyone else having surgery on the 17th of January?

I am also having surgery on the 17th and it seems like a hundred years away. I guess I'm just excited (but at the same very scared!). Good luck with your surgery and may your journey be everything you hoped for and more!

Thanks so much, Kate! Back right at ya. I am feeling pretty good about my upcoming surgery. I just got back from an entire day with my surgeon, anesthesiologist and a pre-op class. I am glad I went -- feel more at ease. Take care my friend! I hope things go smoothly with you.
