6 months out

Hi I will be 6 months out on March 17th .. As of today I have lost 75 from day of surgery 80 from my highest weight .. I started at 251 is this a normal weight loss for my size ?

Congrats on the weight loss. I started out approximately 60 lbs more than you and have lost 95 so far. You seem to be doing fine. Besides that everyone is different, as long as you are following your doctors recommendations and continue to lose you are doing great. Have a great day
